Se è vero che sono i prodotti, sia di Food & Beverage, sia delle tecnologie, come strumenti e complementi ad essere il riferimento tangibile di una certa qualità, ma sapere e conoscere fino in fondo le aziende che producono o che commercializzano il tutto, può essere una garanzia ulteriore. Faremo delle radiografie delle aziende che sono di maggior prestigio e serietà: il primo passo per trovarsi bene, e non avere sorprese. Nel decidere di fare queste radiografie e relativi elenchi  terremo conto delle esperienze del nostro Management e dei collaboratori, ma anche da indagini che attiveremo attraverso il nostro servizio, chiedendo ai nostri numerosi lettori (specialisti e operatori del settore) un loro personale parere.

Ci daremo da fare, come redazione, di segnalare qualche servizio di particolare interesse selezionato nelle pagine WEB, ma anche riportando i nomi delle testate nazionali e internazionali che trattano argomenti di nostro interesse, o qualche volume/libro che ugualmente tratti argomenti del settore food & beverage del quale s’interessano i nostri tre portali, supportati dall'OIFB Data Center di Panamà City, diretto e gestito da Bruno Bottura, responsabile quindi, oltre che del marketing, dei servizi inerenti gli invii ai nostri 13 target che complessivamente sono oltre 65.000 soggetti, delle varie categorie di lettori-visitatori che riceveranno puntualmente le nostre news letter.

Tutto il food per uso alimentare mirato per i consumi fuoricasa.: dalle materie prime alle razioni di cibo ‘fresco’ o conservato. Come surgelati o piatti pronti confezionati. Sceglieremo il meglio proposto sul mercato, testando quando sarà possibile tutto ciò di cui andremo a parlare. Chiederemo anche la collaborazione di molti operatori-gestori di esercizi pubblici (Horeca e oltre l’Horeca) con i quali abbiamo ottimi, e reciproci rapporti di fiducia.

In questa sezione saranno inseriti i vini italiani che fanno onore al Made in Italy, quindi importanti e tali da meritare di essere, a vari livelli, inseriti nei TOP 100 selezionati.

Inseriremo i prodotti dell'altro beverage, escluso vino, quindi: Distillati, Liquori, Soft Drink, Birre, Aperitivi, Amari, ecc.

In questa sezione inseriremo i 'posti' giusti nel senso del valore, come classe, stile, servizio e accoglienza, ma anche del miglior rapporto qualità prezzo (Alberghi, Ristoranti, agriturismo e locali emergenti anche innovativi come stile e gestione).

Non ci affideremo solo alla competenza dei nostri collaboratori, che nel corso degli anni, tanti per alcuni, che ne hanno scritto o se ne sono accertati sul campo, in diretta presso i grandi ristoratori o baristi o comunque operatori dell’ospitalità in generale. Si tratta di redigere delle schede o delle vere e proprie radiografie di prodotti, come strumenti e apparecchiature statiche o dinamiche, per la cucina, per la sala, per il bar, o i complementi d’arredo in senso generale e non solo per la tavola.
